Ingredients:
- 600ML Milk
- 300G Flour (Smooth flour)
- 2 Eggs
- 1TBSP Melted butter
- Salt
Sieve flour, then add salt and mix in. Drop in eggs, whisk. It will thicken & go rough. Add butter & half the milk. Whisk through to get the lumps out. Add remaining milk and whisk through until smooth.
Rest it for 10-30 mins or freeze for another day.
Get pan on a steady medium flame, lubricate with oil or butter. Check the color. Flip with pan or additional plate.
You could wrap pancakes in foil & freeze to make ahead. Classic british pancakes are going with lemon and sugar.
